This stunning glass jewelry inspired by the Egyptians and Phoenicians (800 B.C.) is created by glass artist Lavana Shurtliff. She crafts each bead from glass using an ancient technique called lampworking. These beads are annealed (hardened) which makes the jewelry durable and easy to care for. Lavana's glass designs are combined with sterling silver accents.

Lavana Shurtliff jewelry is shown at 8 Cove Road, Orleans
