He spent many winters traveling with his paint box to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and has traveled around New England, and the Southwestern US painting the landscape and exploring local art histories.
Peter's work has attracted the attention of many collectors throughout the US, Mexico, Canada, and Europe, and has been exhibited at the Cape Cod Museum of Art, and at juried shows at the Copley Society of Art, and The Guild of Boston Artists, as well as in exhibitions in Mexico and Arizona. It has been featured in many publications including Cape Cod Life, Cape Cod Art Review, Cape Cod View, Plein Air Magazine, and several issues of American Art Collector.
Peter continues to travel to San Miguel de Allende, and places throughout the US, Mexico, Europe, and Canada in search of great places to paint.
